This 6-week program will begin by exposing members to Japanese culture and proper etiquette relating to customer service. Participants will also learn directions, numbers, greetings and other common phases which may be used to communicate with guests. Having a basic understanding of the Japanese language and culture will help employees enhance their ability to provide exceptional quality service to guests from Japan.
