General Responsibilities
Is in charge of the pastry kitchen; supervises, trains and works with employees assigned to it. Is able to perform all tasks required in the operation of the pastry kitchen, such as but not limited to: Prepares desserts, pastries, confections and ice cream, coverings of meat dishes, and bakery products; creates artistic statuaries and ornaments out of sugar, pastry or ices.

Must be familiar with MS office, word, and excel.
Experience
Previous Agilysis or Starsource experience is preffered. Previous experience with Delphi is helpful. 3 years minimum experience running a pastry shop is preferred.
